5 out of 5A Great B&B
May 11, 2013
My wife and I stayed here the first weekend in May as part of an anniversary get-away weekend. My goodness - what an incredible find! The proprietors purchased the building several years ago, and have invested a tremendous amount of elbow grease to turn the building into a delightful, homey, comfortable, and charming B&B. We were greeted upon our arrival with a warm welcome, coffee, and freshly baked cookies. After enjoying a meal at a great local restaurant within walking distance of the B&B, we slept on one of the most comfortable beds you can find, and woke up to a breakfast of fruit, fresh juice, a fancy sausage/egg dish, coffee, and great conversation. On top of all that, the price was unbeatable. If you want to stay in a great B&B with fantastic views of the mountains, and hosts that make you feel right at home - make your reservation with Avenue Hotel B&B.

5 out of 5Wonderful Vacation!
October 29, 2012
I've stayed in numerous bed and breakfasts when traveling for work so decided to stay in one while on vacation. My fiance hadn't ever stayed in a B&B before so was a little reluctant. However, we both loved staying here. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfasts were wonderful. Was so convenient to be right IN Manitou Springs and be able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Would highly recommend to family and friends too.

5 out of 52nd stay and again 5 stars. we will be back again..and again
October 04, 2012
We originally (2011) found the Avenue Hotel B&B by searching the internet. We really didn't know what to expect, but we could not be more pleased. This was out second week long stay in the last 12 months. The first time was a year ago at new years, this time it is Sept (2012). Gwenn and Randy run a true first class B&B. Plus the proximity to downtown Manitou Springs is the very best. You can't get any better than this. We are very pleased again, and we will be back this December. This has now become our "home away from home" when we travel to the Colorado Springs area. Thanks Gwenn and Randy. See you again in December. Bill & Gayle

This was my second time to stay at this B&B in the last two years. There is no place better for a Manitou Springs visit. Breakfast was wonderful as were the service and the rooms. I love parking the car and walking wherever I want to go in Manitou!
5 out of 5August 2012 stay
August 21, 2012
My wife and I stayed at the Avenue Hotel B&B for 3 nights the first week of August. We had previously stayed about 8 years ago. The B&B has not physically changed in those years but the new owners have made a difference in service. The breakfasts were wonderful. The weather allowed for them to be served on the front porch. Fun visiting with the others who were also staying. I'd recommend this establishment to my friends and family.
5 out of 5Can't Wait To Return
July 05, 2012
A childhood bestfriend and I had a relaxing reunion at Avenue Hotel B&B in early June 2012. Randy and Gwenn suggested the Manitou Suite for our stay. It was perfect with two rooms and a shared bath. The rooms were comfy and pretty. And we really enjoyed the house's lovely outdoor areas while sipping wine. It exceeded our expectations and being able to walk everywhere was a big plus. Terry
