The Inn also features a gas fireplace, several outdoor gas campfires, a hot tub, a large deck, and gorgeous views of Mt. Evans. Via I-70 WEST, follow to Bergen Parkway, exit to the RIGHT. Follow CR-74 approximately 11 miles to the bottom of Evergreen Lake, on your right. Stay RIGHT, at the split of CR-74 and CR-73, follow CR-73 signs to CONIFER for approximately 3.5 miles. Watch for the Evergreen Academy sign on the right, then Bears Inn sign and Spruce Lane on the left. - Nearest major airport: Denver, CO (DEN-Denver Intl.) 55 miles

Approx. 1hr, 20min. Follow signs to I-70 West, take the C-470 exit, #260, towards Colorado Spgs, Merge onto 470 E, then take the US-285 South exit towards Fairplay. Merge onto US-285-S, exit RIGHT at NORTH TURKEY CREEK Rd, follow until it ends at CR-73 and turn RIGHT, .2 tenths of a mile take a hard right on SPRUCE LANE. This is the scenic route, if traveling after dark, see alternate directions via I-70 and Bergen Parkway, or see website LINKS for other options.
