We were snowed in - 40 inches worth. Our room was warm; the great room was comfortable; our hostess cooked the necessary meals since no restaurants were open - very gracious and a wonderful time away!

Had the Nantucket room and the word small is an understatement. Barely room to walk around the bed and the bathroom is small also. House is beautiful with nice decor. Innkeeper is very nice and breakfast was good but a bit formal at the one time seating. Nice restaurant next door for dinner - service and food good- but so loud we could barely have a conversation. The bedroom was very quiet and it was a pleasant stay overall.

Spent one night in July. Quiet, beautiful setting in gorgeous mountain town. Room was small but elegant. Had to leave before breakfast, and didn't arrive early enough to request to-go packaging. Received a great recommendation to delicious steak/seafood restaurant in lodge next door.

Despite a late arrival because of lost (& finally found) luggage, I was welcomed warmly by Evie. The meals were attractive & delicious and the environment was calm & peaceful. I hope to return.

We stayed here summer 07, and just had to tell others, this is the place to stay in Evergreen! Best breakfast we've ever had!
