We live in Boulder CO so not far from Estes Park and we returned to Taharaa Mountain Lodge because we so enjoyed our first visit. We were very happy with our stay and had such a nice visit with the owners along with snacks and a glass of wine served before dinner. The view is so wonderful of Rocky Mountain National Park especially when enjoying the delicious Gourmet Breakfast. We hope to return again soon.

We visited the Taharaa to celebrate our 19th anniversary. We had been there last February to celerate Valentine's Day. The lodge is beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and cozy and provide the perfect atmosphere for a couple wanting to get away from it all. It is in a perfect location for restaurants, hiking, snow shoeing or just staying in your room - reading with the fireplace going! The owners are great people - very friendly and hospitable - while affording you privacy too. The breakfasts are to die for! Always a wonderful surprise to wake up to! I would highly recommend this lodge to anyone! We can't wait to go back!
