The Adagio Bed & Breakfast

1430 Race Street , Denver, CO 80206 USA (Show map)

Welcome to the Adagio Bed & Breakfast. Located in a gorgeous Victorian home in one of Denver, CO's oldest neighborhoods, the Adagio has beautifully decorated, comfortable, quiet rooms and suites at reasonable rates. Because we are music lovers, we have named each room or suite after one of our favorite composers. When you are our guest, you can experience the excitement of downtown Denver coupled with a sense of "home away from home". Visit with other guests in our spacious living room, play or listen to our piano. Stroll through Cheesman Park or the Botanical Gardens. Shop at Cherry Creek, Lodo, or the 16th St. Mall. The Adagio is minutes away from downtown, the Convention Center, the Denver Zoo, public golf, tennis, and Denver's many museums and arts venues. At the end of the day, have dinner prepared on the premises by our award-winning chef, and served in our exquisite restored dining room. Or, let us suggest some of Denver's finest restaurants before you retire to your cozy room or suite. We look forward to meeting you and sharing our love of the area, our home, and our food with you and your family and friends. All rooms have private baths, satellite TV, VCR's, in-room coffee makers, private telephone extension, and wireless DSL is available upon request. A full gourmet breakfast is prepared to your order and is included in the price.

It is all about the music!

The hosts were very gracious. I had few special requests which were fulfilled with a smile. The grounds were very inviting and the house very well kept. I was able to view a few of the other rooms and they were all nicely appointed. The website may not show it, but there is a hot tub! Do not forget your swimsuit.

Amazing B & B!

I found this B & B online. The other reviews talked about the great breakfast and I will agree with that- fresh fruit, chicken-sage sausage, fresh muffins, eggs and fresh juice and coffee. The location was convenient to downtown. Our room was a king suite, the Holdst room, and it was just dreamy. The outside has great sitting areas, a front porch swing and a large living room downstairs. WELL WORTH THE MONEY and way better than a hotel!

Adagio plays a beautiful tune

My wife and I have stayed at the Adagio many times while visiting our daughter in Denver. This bed and breakfast is a gem. With spacious rooms, a delightful hostess, a beautiful garden area, delicious breakfasts, and a convenient location, the Adagio serves as a wonderful home base when we visit the mile-high city. We give it our highest recommendation.
