Cedaredge Lakeside Resort
Cedaredge Lakeside Resort is located along the Grand Mesa National Scenic and Historic Byway which gives ready access to over 300 lakes and 400 miles of year 'round recreational trails. Cedaredge features a fine 18-hole golf course, regional gourmet restaurants, fine art galleries, wineries, orchards and breathtaking views.
The Lodge is decorated with country flare and offers many little corners to find your own space. Our guests' comfort and enjoyment is always in mind! Along with the sumptuous breakfast that is included with your stay, we can provide for additional meals during your stay with advance notice. We can arrange for a box lunch for you to take along on your day's adventures or have a delicious gourmet dinner ready upon your return at the end of the day. Just ask our onsite innkeeper for options and pricing.
All of our cozy rooms are adorned with carefully selected interiors to reflect the local flavor. In room mini-fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, and other amenities are available for your convenience. Four of our rooms have private baths, while three rooms provide a shared bath for our guests who prefer to travel more economically. All rates include a delicious breakfast and use of all our facilities. Enjoy a bit of fishing on site or relax in the hot tub overlooking the lake.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM DENVER
I-70 West 213 miles to the CO 65 South exit (No. 49).
Take CO 65 south 51 miles, over the Grand Mesa, then through the town of Cedaredge to 11th Ave.
Take a right and in less than one mile turn left onto S W Melinda Rd.
Follow the road back about 1/4 mile to the Killarney Lake Lodge.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM GRAND JUNCTION
Over the Grand Mesa (takes a bit longer, but the scenery is beautiful):
I-70 East to the CO 65 South exit (No. 49).
Take CO 65 south 51 miles, over the Grand Mesa, then through the town of Cedaredge to 11th Ave.
Take a right and in less than one mile turn left onto S W Melinda Rd.
Follow the road back about 1/4 mile to the Killarney Lake Lodge
Highway US-50 West:
I-70 West to US-50 South.
Take US-50 West for 39 miles to CO 92 East.
Turn left and travel 3.8 miles to CO-65.
Turn left and travel for 9.9 miles to 11th Avenue.
Turn left and in less than one mile turn left onto S W Melinda Rd.
Follow the road back about 1/4 mile to the Killarney Lake Lodge.

Whole house reservations are available for business meetings, business getaways, workshops, small weddings and family reunions. A three day minimum stay is required for renting the whole house. Rates are $650.00 nightly or $4,000.00 weekly (a weekly rate is a seven night stay from Sunday to Sunday), for up to fourteen people. Rates include full breakfast. Other meals can be provided for an additional fee or self-catered. Our on-site staff can be made available at your request should you wish to self-cater and need any assistance.

- Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit less a 20% handling fee will be refunded if we are notified at least 14 days prior to check in. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.
