From I-25 take exit 141 (Hwy 24 West). Proceed on Hwy 24 West approximately 8 miles, just past mile post 294, exit to the right at the stoplight in Cascade. Immediately turn left onto the frontage road, go approximately 50 yards and turn right on Topeka. Go one block and turn right on Hagerman Ave. Eastholme is located on the far right corner of Topeka and Hagerman Ave. Guest parking is located in front of the main house. - Nearest major airport: Colorado Springs, CO (COS) 15 miles

- Cancellations:
