Bradley Boulder Inn

We always prefer to stay at the Bradley when we visit Boulder, because it's omfortable and very conveniently located only about a block from our daughter's house.

Fabulous place to stay in Boulder. Only problem is during the week the trash pick up is early and loud. Small price to pay for the locaiton.

This is the perfect place to stay...close to everything and a very relaxing place.

Great position, lovely staff, spotless room and shared areas. Lovely extras like happy hour every day at 5 - 6 with delicious snacks and wine, bottles of water and cooldrink on tap, coffee and tea & fresh cake and cookies and a fruit bowl all day every day.

This is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Boulder. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are no hidden charges. Coffee and tea are free and available all day. They don't even charge for a bottle of water. The breakfast is excellent. The wine and cheese in the late afternoon is fantastic also. I highly recommend this establishment.

This is one if the nicest B&B's that we have the pleasure to stay at. A wonderful downtown location within walking distance of the shopping and dining establishments. The rooms are huge and spotless. The staff is amazingly helpful without being intrusive. The morning breakfast buffet is elegant and better than one typically can purchase at a restaurant. Unlimited water and coffee/ tea service puts the Bradley over the top. There simply is no other place I look forward to when traveling to Boulder and make it a point to stay ther evry year before I head off to Aspen for the Aspen Music Festival.

Kayte and Dann were fabulous hosts. What an amazing value for such a great location. We will certianly be back.

Boulder was our final stop on a 2000 milelage plus round trip embracing Denver,Rapid City,Yellowstone,Titon and Rocky National Park.The Inn is in a perfect location to take in the vibrant and plenty to offer Boulder.The staff were so helpful and the whole ambience perfect,my only advice would be not to change the way things are.Thankyou for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend the Bradley Boulder Inn if you are planning a visit to the Boulder area. Perfect location for spending time in the mountains or city. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

I have stayed at the Boulder Bradley in 2x now and both stays were fantastic. The service is exceptional and the food (breakfast and Happy Hour appetizers) is really wonderful! The rooms are very comfortable and I love the location/proximity to Pearl street in Boulder. I have recommended this B and B to my friends and family as well :-)

This is a nice B&B due to the location and the staff. Breakfast was okay. If you don't like quiche or yogurt you may not be happy with your choices. The cookies left out for the day and the wine & cheese hour are nice touches. The location is great. You can walk to so many activities & restaurants. We rented bikes to the go on the Boulder Creek path from a bike shop a block away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the The Bradley. The only negative had to do with the nighttime policing of the parking spaces. We were out late because of social engagements and returned to find that outsiders had parked in the available spaces. We ended up moving our car at 1:00am. We were so busy and didn't get a chance to use the fitness center located close by--a great additional benefit that we would use next time.

We were warmly greeted even though we arrived hours before check-in time. We were welcomed into the Inn to place our luggage in the Inn's office, and invited to take freshly made cookies and and a cold drink. While we walked around Boulder until check-in time, the staff brought our luggage to our room. All was ready for us to simply relax when we returned. One is encouraged to make oneself at home, relaxing in the very large living room or having a cold drink at any time. Breakfast is lovely.

Wonderful service and the baked goods were delicious. Really enjoyed the daily wine and cheese hour. Would stay again!

If you're looking for a quiet, comfortable, and outstanding relatively priced bed and breakfast in Boulder then you should stay here.

great location, they have everything you need, free parking, free wifi, free breakfast, snacks (apples, soda, water and cookies), tea, wine and cheese, helpful staff and some rooms have jacuzzi tubs!!! great stay for about the same price as other hotels, and they don't nickel and dime you for parking and wifi like other hotels do.

The Bradley is gorgeous & in a perfect location to access Pearl Street. The staff was extremely friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at the Bradley Boulder Inn many times, but this past stay really made our opinion of the Inn go up even higher. We checked in at about 4PM and had to leave at 5 to take our son to the airport. Since we were missing the wine & cheese hour, they offered to put some wine & cheese in our room for our return. What a nice thing to do! It was so nice to get back from a hectic drive to the airport to find 2 poured glasses of wine & a fruit/cheese/cracker plate waiting for us in our room. We love this B&B!!

Beautiful great room, lovely bedrooms, friendly and helpful staff. Each room is slightly different, but, having stayed in three, all have a good feel to them. Highly recommended.

Very nice place with friendly staff; access to drinks and snacks in kitchen/dining area and eve wine and cheese is a wonderful touch; breakfast some of the best I have had; business area meets needs of bus travelers; don't work with frequent bus travelers to provide bus discount rates even during slow times or when rooms are vacant.

The location was as good as it gets in Boulder. Loved the daily wine and cheese sampler.

First trip to Boulder. Stayed three nights at The Bradley Bouylder Inn. Prefer Bed and Breakfast lodging to chain hotels. Superior accomodations. Staff was friendly, was a pleasure to interact with and was helpful in every way. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh cookies all day long as well as free soft drinks and water. Look forward to returning.

The rooms were very neat with great beds, and nicely decorated. A lot of attention to details! The buffet offered homemade pastry, also available throughout the day, as well as coffee and tea. A very welcoming place, even there is no staff staying overnight. The house offeres a lot of common space, and would be well suited for groups of any kind.

We will surely return to stay at the Bradley Boulder Inn. The location, service, food, and room were all exceptional!

Great stay! The staff is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is really relaxed and comfortable. The pictures on the website don’t really do the rooms justice. We stayed in a room with a Jacuzzi tub and it was far larger than we expected and the room was very nice. We will stay again for sure!

While the Boulder area has a lot of accommodation options, Boulder Inn must surely be among those few at the very top of the list. Great location, rooms, service, staff, etc. etc. My wife were in town for a few days at the end of February, thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or recommend the Inn to any of our friends.

Great Bed and Breakfast - staff is personal, amenities are first class, you feel like you are staying at a good friends house!

The Bradley Boulder Inn is a beautiful and spacious b&b. The first floor (communal area) is well decorated and inviting. Breakfast was pretty good, although I prefer a home-cooked meal when I stay at a b&b, not just warmed quiche, fruit and toast. I thought they offered eggs to order but wasn't offered anything of the sort and felt silly asking. The bedroom was nice, the bed was a bit hard and the pillows a bit stiff and flat. But it all presented nicely. The bathroom was okay. The shower head leaked and was aiming more at the window sill than me and it kept changing from hot to cold. All in all, I've stayed at many b&b's throughout the country and this one was very nice, but nothing over the top.

The Bradley is a quiet, customer comfort focused and conveniently located Inn. It is our home away from home. Great value on all accounts.

We were only able to spend one night, the accommodations, food and hospitality are fit for a previous Innkeeper of a 4 diamond, 4 star rated B&B in Sedona. We had a wonderful stay. Our Innkeepers, Jennifer and Christy made us feel at home with their friendliness and knowledge of the area.

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful B&B. Staff was great and room was so nice. Food was nice and the wine & cheese hour a nice touch! Will come again.

My first time staying at a B & B. Initially apprehensive, but was pleasantly surprised. Was greeted by a lovely women who obviously enjoys her job. The Bradley Boulder, once we found it was warm and inviting. Wine & cheese and a delicious breakfast were delightful. Would definitely come back.

My wife and I found the best Bed and Breakfast we've ever been to. The location is perfect, as it is walking distance to Pearl Street and all of the art, shopping, restaurants, and fresh beer Boulder has to offer. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is decent, but the baked goods, which are made throughout the day, are tremendous. The scent of baking breads and cookies fills the building, making it hard to avoid grabbing a bite on your way out or in. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Boulder!

Wine and cheese were great! Katie was very friendly. Location can't be beat. We were in Room 1, which was close to the front, but we weren't disturbed by any outside noise. Nitpicky, but the shower curtain liner was a bit dirty. The breakfast could have been a bit more substantial. Overall, the service was great and we loved the experience. We'd definitely go back!

Its very hard for me to write a review of the Bradley, because we really want it to be our "secret" in downtown Boulder. Its an amazingly beautiful Inn, great staff, luxuriously soft sheets, and a great wine and cheese happy hour. It is so close to everything too, yet still quiet. Its much less expensive than the other options near Pearl street. Its a perfect retreat for a romantic getaway, or a personal escape.

Breakfast: The homemade granola was especially good, and I was thrilled to receive the recipe from a gracious staff member before we departed. Quiche (also homemade) was the primary breakfast entree. If you don't enjoy a quiche, then it might be a good idea to ask if alternative egg dish is available. Also included was yogurt, coffee cake, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, fresh orange juice, and homemade bread with peanut butter, jam or butter. Staff: Welcoming, considerate, and knowledgeable. Every staff member we encountered seemed invested in providing guests with the best possible experience. Bear in mind that staff are off-duty as of 7p, so it is best to catch them at the start of your day if you need assistance with dinner reservations, etc. Wine & cheese hour: A wonderful surprise included in the price of our stay. The staff provide a collection of red and white wines, cheeses, and crackers and guests can serve themselves. This was a great time to relax, visit with the Inn's other guests and staff, and enjoy the ambiance of the place. This treat is provided at 5p each evening, so keep that in mind when planning a day's activities. It may work out as well for folks planning on spending their day outside of Boulder. Accommodations: The room was clean, spacious, and very inviting. Perhaps our favorite part of the Inn, and our room, was the local artwork available for sale. The various pieces on display added to the unique quality of the Bradley. The main living room hosts a large gas fireplace, and beautiful stonework. The Inn itself is a short (1 block) walk from Pearl St. and its many shops, art galleries, and restaurants. If you are visiting Boulder for the first time, its location is hard to beat as you can park your car and use your time to explore on foot. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the Bradley to others.

I love the Bradley. The rooms with fireplaces are delightful. Suggestion: prepare more for breakfast, so that all can have the entree (in this case, quiche) up til ending time. Also, some of the nice muxic, such as was playing in the evening, would be nice during breakfast. Thank you.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was disappointing, however. The quiches were gone, there was almost no fruit left, and basically there was very little to eat.

We had a great time at the Bradley. Everything was comfortable and the best part was the location! We never drove anywhere after we arrived. For the next 2 days we shopped, worked out, had a massage class, had great food, walked and slept. The recommendations from the workers at the Bradley were spot on. We had a very enjoyable anniversary celebration and we would definitely come back!

My husband and I spend the night of our anniversary in a hotel in Boulder every year, but this year the hotels were just too pricey. We read about the Bradley and decided to give it a try. Are we ever happy we did! The room was beautiful, the staff amazing, and the food terrific. The all-day snack availability, the wine and cheese reception, and the breakfast in the morning all contributed to an exceptional value and experience. We have decided that our new anniversary tradition is a night at the Bradley.

Enjoyed our stay at the Bradley Inn, the only disappointment was the size of the bathroom, we had a large room but small bathroom and some of the other rooms with bigger bathrooms had small bedrooms. Fine if you are staying for just 1 night but we were there for 6 nights. There is no dining so cannot rate that but breakfast was very nice and it is ideally located in the centre of the town.

Boulder is a lovely place to visit and staying at the Bradley is very convienent to the best shopping and dining Boulder has to offer. I believe the 12 room B&B was full. Breakfast was from 8am-10am and we arrived at 9:30am to find that the food was limited. They were out of quiche, bowls for granola, down to one yogurt, etc... Instead of making a fuss, we went out to breakfast. I feel the Bradley is lacking the special touches that other B&B's offer. The staff was pleasant, but not outstanding. I'm undecided on whether or not I would stay there again.

The corner room facing towards Pearl Street is VERY noisy with trash pick up early in the morning. It should get a reduced rate.

Every single member of the staff were so warm and caring. They helped us in anyway possible. The feel and warmth of the Inn is unmatched by any other. The location is perfect for seeing all of Boulder. We just loved The Bradley!

The staff at The Bradley were fantastic! We enjoyed the quaintness of the hotel while still being close to walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to all our friends!

A very quiet B&B, in an excellent location to explore the local town and surrouding areas.

I love the Bradley-- It is pricey, however it worth it to me for the convenience, the comfort, and the ambiance. For the same money, one could stay in a full service, fancy hotel-- this is not the Bradley. What you will get for you dollars is a beautiful, homey, friendly place to stay. It is both more and less than a typical B&B. More: more space, more conveniences (business center, access to the kitchen 24/7, very nice bath amenities, large rooms). Less: no onsite staff after hours, one self serve meal (but cookies, coffee, water available all the time). In my opinion the "lesses" are actually "more" as I like the hominess of the B&B, but the personal space of a five-star hotel. I always try and book at the Bradley.

This boutique hotel is very hospitable. Staff is almost too friendly. Location is great for walking on the 16th avenue mall. Breakfasts were very tasty and well thought-out for variety of clients. Afternoon wine and cheese was very good in the luxurious common room. Hotel reminds us of English hotels, but much more spacious. Only problem- typical shower curtain that comes after me like vines in a horror movie.

I brought my Swedish sister-in-law and brother-in-law, and was very pleased and honored to bring them to such a wonderful establishment. They found it quite pleasant as well. The staff was very friendly, the rooms very comfortable and clean. This was my 3rd stay at the Bradley and I will always make this my choice when visiting Boulder.

Stumbled upon this inn while searching for a place to stay in boulder and could not have been happier. We are planning a trip for next year and will be bringing our friends. The staff was friendly and informative with good hiking tips. Location is great, we only got in our car once and that was to go to the Rocky Mountains. Breakfast was lovely, cake, cookies, tea, coffee and water available all day. Reception was very enjoyable and we liked that they varied the selections.

Gourmet breakfast; fresh baked, on site cookies and cakes sun-up to sunset and beyond daily. Cozy, warm and friendly staff. Easy parking, open, airy, quiet, relaxed atmosphere. A few short steps to the heart of Pearl Street Mall in historic Boulder. Rooms vary in size and layout and (probably) price so to guarantee your satisfaction in that regard use online pictures and discussions with reservationist to assure a good match. Designer fixtures in bathroom. First class all the way. For me, the only lodging in Boulder; can't wait to return.

We stayed 2 nights at the Bradley and would defintely go back. Nice room, nice staff, great location. The inn has a nice wine and cheese hour and also cookies and refreshments available at all times. No extra charges. The only improvement I would make there is the breakfast...it's just ok, especially since the rest of the inn is so great.

the room was perfect and location ideal. we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Boulder is just a great place for a get-a-way, especially in the fall when the aspens are peaking and the elks bugling in RMNP. highly recommended!

This was a very nice place to stay. It's centrally located, safe/secure, well kept, clean, the amenities are very nice, the staff is courteous, etc. All in all worth every penny. My only complaint...and it's a small one...is that the cleaning folks didn't replace any of the AVEDA bath products. We left the empty containers in the shower and along the bathtub. The cleaning staff not only left the empty containers but more importantly they didn't replace them. Also, they didn't replace the extra toilet paper roll under the sink. We almost ran out of toilet paper. We slept through breakfast both days so I truly can't comment on the food but it certainly smelled good. :)

The ladies who served the delicious breakfast were very welcoming and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. Loeved the aveda products in the bathroom. The position of the Inn was perfect for wandering about Boulder. My daughter and I were very happy with our choice

I will return to the Bradley. The location, room, staff and food were all great. Exceeded my expectations.

My friend and I were looking for a nice place to stay near the Pearl St. mall for a one night getaway. The Bradley was near perfect. It has a nice large front room with comfy sofas in which to read, constant coffee, tea, and snacks. There is a fridge in which store some of your own things. The staff is great. Breakfast in the morning is a nice buffet on your own schedule between 0700 and 0900. Access to the mall's shops and restaurants is perfect. The only difficulty was that the off-street parking is very tight. They have striped for about one car too many and everyone is squished in. The alternative is on the street and it gets pricey during the day. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

It was a beautiful place and service was super friendly. Complimentary happy hour was delightful, and breakfast was varied and delicious. Only complaint is you pretty much had to use the AC, since there were no screens on window in the room. Boulder nights are so clear and crisp, it was a shame to have to use the AC; otherwise, it was a great place and we would stay there again.

Unfortunately we were unable to keep our reservation at the Bradley Boulder Inn. However, I wanted to leave a note as to their excellent customer service. Due to a knee injury while camping/hiking in RMNP, we had to leave 2 days before we were to check in to the Bradley Boulder Inn. When I called to explain the situation and cancel our reservation, the agent was so kind & helpful and canceled it without charging us a dime! They clearly had every right to charge us for the full night's stay, but instead chose to deal with this in the manner of a true 5 star inn. I will definitely re-book with this Inn in the future due to the fact they are truly concerned with their guests happiness.

We spent Thanksgiving day at the inn which was very enjoyable. A trifle annoyance was that the wine and cheese hour was cancelled as the staff left early for Thanksgiving. This could have been covered by leaving a decanter for self serve as we have encountered before. Could not get wi-fi, again no staff to help.
