    • Minimum stay: high season requires 3-4 nights stay if reservation inclds. Friday/Saturday nte.

    • Deposit amount required: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

    • Cancellations: During Peak Season: 30 days prior to arrival, payment is due in full, at which time the reservation is 100% non-refundable unless the space can be resold. Cancellation outside of 30 days are refundable less a $75 cancellation fee. Off- Season: 14 days prior to arrival payment is due in full at which time the reservation becomes 100% non-refundable. Cancellation outside of 14 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Holiday reservations: Full payment due 60 days prior and nonrefundable.
