Located in historic "Olde Town" Steamboat Springs, Colorado, the Alpine Rose offers the hospitality of a family Steamboat Springs CO Bed and Breakfast and all the comforts and conveniences that make for a special and unique mountain vacation. This elegant three story contemporary home is within walking distance (5 blocks North East) of downtown with it's excellent dining, shopping and hot springs pool and two miles from a world class ski resort (see map). Elegantly decorated in warm, soft tones, the comfortable living room upstairs and the cozy "hearth room" downstairs offer two separate congenial areas in which guests can relax and mingle or watch digital and cable TV. The five guest rooms within the Steamboat Springs Colorado Bed and Breakfast are located on the bottom and main floors and are each unique in their decor. The Steamboat Springs CO Bed and Breakfast itself offers such amenities as fireplaces, telephones, fax, email and copy services, ceiling fans, and snuggly robes in each closet. The Steamboat Springs Bed and Breakfast features a redwood deck with gorgeous mountain views and a relaxing Hot Tub overlooking the Strawberry Park and the star-studded Colorado night sky. A gourmet breakfast is served in our sunny Dining Room between the hours of 8:00 am and 9:30 am where you feast on homemade breads, granola, fresh fruit and other delicious specialties of the house. Your hosts at the Steamboat Springs Colorado Bed and Breakfast will pamper your every need with a touch of class and friendly, home-style service that will make your stay relaxing, fun and unforgettable.

Minimum Stay: Weekends and Holidays a 2 night mimimum is required.

Deposit Amount Required: To guarantee your reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the reservation total is due 14 days after the reservation is made.

Cancellations: If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and authorize a $25.00 processing fee. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Directions from Denver or the Front Range: Take I-70 west. Exit 205 Silverthorn/Dillon. Turn right onto Highway 9 (north) to Kremmling. In Kremmling take a left (west) on Highway 40. This will take you over Rabbit Ears Pass and into Steamboat Springs. Highway 40 becomes Lincoln Avenue in downtown Steamboat Springs. In Steamboat: From U.S. 40 (Lincoln Avenue) turn north (uphill) on 7th Street. Go to 2nd 4 way stop sign, left on Laurel (short block) to third stop sign. At 3 way stop straight one block to no outlet sign. Left onto Grand. We are the 2nd house on the right.
