My wife and I enjoyed a three-day, two-night stay at the Flagstone Meadows this last week. We're already looking forward to our next stay here! If you're looking for a wonderful B&B in Southwestern CO, you will have a pleasant stay at Flagstone Meadows Ranch. Inside you'll find clean and well-appointed facilities, an innkeeper who is a real 'people' person, not to mention great cook! Sumptuous breakfasts! Outside, you'll find several wild turkeys and magpies who come around for breakfast leftovers, wide-open meadows and mountain views; cool, clear mountain breezes, and no road noise. What a wonderful place for a retreat!

    Great B&B

Harris really knows how to take care of his guests. The atmosphere and hospitality are the best. Breakfasts are the greatest. Our 2nd time here. Will go back.

Five Stars are not enough to really rate Flagstone Meadows Ranch B&B. We planned our tour West by booking Bed and Breakfast sites along the way. We've stayed at many B&B's throughout the years and Flagstone Meadows stands out at the top. We arrived and met a stranger, Harris Court the B&B Host, but left a friend when it was time to go on. Harris made our stay very enjoyable. He is an excellent breakfast cook, and had a special after dinner snack for us each night. The atmosphere and scenery of this B&B is unmatched, and Harris as a host cannot be beat. If you want to see stars, animal life, and have a private time or visit with Harris and other guest, it's all possible at Flagstone Meadows Ranch. The closeness to Mesa Verde, Durango, and other sites makes Flagstone Meadows a plus for day trips. We had a wonderful experience staying there and have relived the experience many times and wish it was not so far from us. We would stay there again without any reservations.

What a place to stay! Harris is a great host - very knowledgeable about the area and many other subjects, too. It is about 2 miles on a dirt road off the highway. You don't hear the traffic noise. We had a view of Mesa Verde from our private deck on the main floor. Harris had 20 guests when we were there. He remembers all the names and where everyone went that day. He served apple betty for evening dessert with ice cream. The breakfast was blueberry pancakes, bacon, fried egg, fruit plate and orange juice. He saves the breakfast scrapes for the wild turkeys. We saw one but the day before the guests saw 4 at one time. There is a hiking trail through the woods that takes about 15 minutes. The home is beautiful and the experience was wonderful. Wish we had planned more days there. We plan to return in the future.

Harris was a perfect host: personable, charming, knowledgeable about the area and a terrific cook! Our room was beautifully furnished, with a view of Mesa Verde National Park right off our private balcony! We'd love to return someday.
