Leroux Creek Inn is a luxurious Colorado Bed and Breakfast and Vineyard in Scenic Western Colorado. The inn is also available as a package booking with a 2 night minimum stay. Includes breakfast, wine tasting and dinner.

Located just outside the town of Hotchkiss, near Paonia, the Inn offers the utmost in privacy for our Guests.

Our secluded location on 54 acres renews your spirit with breathtaking views of the Vineyard, West Elk mountains, Canyons and Mesas. The setting is reminiscent of the “Provence Countryside”. As one guest said, “there are places between heaven and earth, you cannot believe it, you have to see them, such a place is the Leroux Creek Inn”.

Offering relaxed comfort and luxury, this recently built Southwestern Style Adobe features five spacious guest rooms, each with its own elegant private bath and spectacular views.

A gourmet breakfast is included and Guests can arrange to have a Classic French dinner prepared for the, by Yvon, a trained Chef.

From Denver, take I -70 West towards Glenwood Springs and the Rocky Mountains. (approx 145 miles).
Take CO-82 East towards Carbondale/Aspen.
At Carbondale (approx. 11 miles), Turn RIGHT onto CO-133.

In approx. 67 miles, you merge into Hwy 92 in the town of Hotchkiss. Continue on Hwy 92 towards Delta.

Three miles from Hotchkiss, take a right on 3100 Road. (Leroux Creek National Forest access sign) 2.2 miles up the road you will see our gate is on the right and sign (12388 3100 Road).

Minimum stay required (A two night minimum is required on weekends)

We cannot accommodate guest pets
Accommodations are not suitable for children (We can accomodate children if your group books the whole inn)
No childcare is provided
Deposit amount required (All reservations must be secured by a deposit of 50% of the total booking cost, or for a one night's stay, the total cost plus tax. The balance due 60 days prior to arrival date)

Check in time is 4:00 - 6:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
Cancellations:
If your plans require that you cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit provided that we are notified more than 60 days in advance of the confirmed date. More notification of a cancellation is required during certain holiday/festival periods and if the entire Inn is reserved (see written confirmation for complete policy details). Any refunded deposit will be subject to a $25 handling fee. Guests will be charged for their fully reserved stay regardless of their actual arrival or departure dates.
