5 out of 5Best Vacation Yet
July 30, 2012
My family and I live in Glenwood and normally go out of state for our vacations. This year we decided to have a staycation instead of our traditional vacation. We stayed at the Inn to make it feel more like a get away! My family all agrees that this was the best vacation we have ever had together. The Inn has had many improvements and the new innkeepers are still working on making it even better. We also LOVED the breakfast and the new Innkeepers. We are planning our next staycation this winter! We cannot wait!
4.0 out of 5Great get away!!
March 14, 2012
We had a blast! Felt so welcome. The owners were very friendly and educated on the area. We went to relax and enjoy the mountains, and that is what we got!! Out kids learned how to snowboard at Sunlight Peak which is walking distance from the Inn. The people at Sunlight Peak were wonderful! We took a guided snowmobile tour through the Inn and had a blast. The views were awesome! We will be back!! Thank you for a great time! Barb Greenhagen
5 out of 5Girls Get Away Part One
February 27, 2012
My girlfriends and I wanted to start an annual girls get away. We had never been to Glenwood Springs and wanted to try it out. I have to say that staying here was the best experience that any of us have ever had. We walked into an amazingly decorated lobby with pictures of bears and other great animals. Not to mention the most beautiful fireplace I have ever seen. The Innkeepers Clayton and Kaje are so friendly and on top of things. They took time to show us around, give us some input into the history of the Inn. I have to say that we love them... Breakfast the next morning was tops. Kaje is an amazing cook! That afternoon one of my friends and I had a great in room massage by a fun lady named Kathy. That night we had dinner in the bar located on the bottom floor. The locals were playing music and Kaje was singing. It was amazing. We are already planning our trip back to the Inn for next year.
