Welcoming, relaxing, peaceful. Owners are awesome. Breakfast was wonderful! Private rooms....great get away. Would highly recommend !

If you are in Estes Park, I would certainly suggest you forgo the standard motel & stay with June & Butch at Kokopelli. Just when my husband and I were getting home-sick, we got a healthy dose of "home" at their bed & breakfast. Clean rooms, comfy bed & killer home-made breakfast at a very reasonable rate. Thanks~hope to stay again!

Butch & June are such awesome people! The food was delicious, the room was spotless and private. I felt safe & felt our belongings were safe while we were gone. I don't believe we could have asked for anything else! And the cost was SO REASONABLE ! If I return to Estes Park, I will make reservations there again! I would recommend it to anyone!
