The inn was charming. Doug and Patty couldn't have been more helpful or friendlier. I'm looking forward to staying at the Patterson again and again.

The Patterson is just south of the Capitol; and its location is walking distance to 16th Street Mall and also walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Denver. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet at night. The rooms are very nice; and it is a beautiful mansion. We stayed in the Royale room, and it was plush. We state a precaution about the shower in this room. It is in a stand alone antique bath tub (thus no wall to lean against). If you are not fairly nimble, it could be a problem.

Loved The Chesire Suite! The color was so cozy and the beds comfortable. It was nice having an iron and fans in the room. The staff was very friendly and our entire stay was lovely.

My fiance and I were in Denver for a wedding and stayed in the library. The room was beautiful, the location was perfect, and Patty was amazing. I would recommend anyone that comes to Denver to stay at the Patterson Inn. It truly was a remarkable experience.

I had so much fun staying at the Patterson Inn. Susan was extremely helpful and hospitable. She poured lovely wine during wine hour and prepared a beautiful breakfast the next day. We stayed in the fantastic Cheshire room and it was unlike any bed and breakfast I've ever stayed at. I will be staying there again the next time I'm in Denver.

The Patterson Inn was a lucky choice on our part. Convenient to the east side of town, nestled in the lovely Capitol Hill neighborhood, the Patterson is a luxurious B&B only two years old. Our room, the Royale, was large and had a roomy patio accessible from a door inside the room. The bed was comfy and the breezes through the open windows kept the temperature down. The bathroom felt a bit cramped with too few flat surfaces for easy storage of toilet articles. The claw-foot bathtub looks great, even though it could be a bit scary for older travelers. The value met my expectations, given that I was comparing it to five-star hotels. It's not inexpensive, but it is very nice.
