We had a wonderful time with you. The food was excellent and displayed so beautifully. We enjoyed having the library to spend time in the evening just visiting. Thank you so much.

This is the only b&b with an elevator. It's downtown location is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms on third floor have hot tubs and second floor have steamed showers. I like making coffee in my room and sitting on my balcony, before I go down for breakfast. At happy hour or breakfast you can meet other guests.

We stayed with the Old Town Guesthouse for four days in July. We found everything to be top-notch. We stayed in the Indian Paintbrush room and were very comfortable. There is no better location in Old Colorado City. We will be back. Loved everything!

I travel for my job and stay in bed and breakfasts when I can. I can truly say this is probably the best bed and breakfast I've ever stayed in. The breakfast was delicious both mornings and David and Kim were great! I would highly recommend Old Town Guesthouse.

Old Town Guesthouse exceeded our expectations for a bed and breakfast in Manitou Springs. The brother and sister staff were attentive to our requests and provided an excellent warm breakfast each day. We were surprised to find a wide selection of sun screen, toiletries and beverages available 24-hours a day. Overall, we highly recommend Old Town Guesthouse and will be returning next year.

What a lovely home, and Kim made us feel very welcome. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable; there is no better place to stay when in the Spings. The breakfasts we were served were homemade and absolutely delicious. The Inn is located in Old Colorado City, we weren't right on the freeway and could enjoy the ambiance of the quaint old neighborhood. Great restaurants for lunch or dinner were close at hand; we simply walked everywhere we didn't have to drive. Will definitely stay there again and again!

What a great time. I was only able to stay for one night - I was in town for CC graduation - but it was just what I needed and I would definitely stay again. There were plenty of DVDs to borrow downstairs, and my bed was super comfy. I had a single shower, no tub, but it was plenty big enough to move around easily. I wasn't able to partake in breakfast since I had to leave so early in the morning, so I can't comment on that. Dave was my host, and he was lovely. They really have just about anything you could think of that you would need, including coffee/tea in the room, and a butler's pantry in the hallway that has EVERYTHING else. I'm looking forward to staying there again next time I visit Colorado Springs! Thanks!
Moroccan Jasmine: An airy, cheerful room decorated with authentic ethnic Moroccan artifacts. You have a spacious bath with a wonderful two person sauna/steam shower. Gaze out on Pikes Peak from your second floor balcony. Queen size bed.
Explorer: Enjoy extraordinary privacy in this quiet nook reminiscent of an eccentric globetrotter's cherished retreat. This is our most traditional "hotel" room, which enjoys an adjacent sundry-filled butler's pantry and provides a queen bed, a spacious bath with walk-in shower--plus ample curiousities--but no balcony or patio.
Old Town Cactus: The art work commemorates the cowboy poetry society. Your private two person sauna/steam shower is a delight, and you can look forward to enjoying the sunset over Pikes Peak from your private balcony. Queen size bed.
Victorian Rose: Just close the door to this lovely room and it's 1902 - but with all the comforts of the 21st Century. The view of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods from your private balcony with hot tub is amazing and a fire in your fireplace is a delight. Queen size bed.
Oriental Poppy: With the feel of the Far East and artifacts from several Asian countries, we know you'll find your stay here peaceful and relaxing. The room features a private balcony with a view of Pikes Peak and your own private two-person hot tub. There is also a fireplace to warm you on those brisk Colorado evenings. Queen bed.
Indian Paintbrush: A suite with a daybed alcove, this room is decorated with native American artifacts and an organic log bed. The area in front of your fireplace allows you to cozy up to read or to have quiet conversation. Your hot tub overlooks the city and Pikes Peak. Queen and twin size beds. (Third person $35 extra.)
Colorado Columbine: A cozy Colorado ski and fishing lodge with night-blue walls and a mountain mural all accented by vintage sports accessories. Enjoy the relaxed sitting area in front of the fireplace, or sit on your balcony and enjoy the cityscape after a day of sightseeing. Two-person private sauna/steam shower. King bed.
African Orchid: A mosquito netted four posted bed right "Out of Africa" dominates this room. It is decorated with artifacts and photographs from the Serengeti. From your private hot tub high above the street you look out over the Front Range and Cheyenne Mountain. Queen size bed.
The conference facility is approximately five hundred square feet. It has twelve foot moveable tables and twenty-two ergonomic chairs. The room can be configured to meet your specific needs. There is an eight foot by eight foot dry marker wall surrounded by tack board side walls. A projector screen is mounted in the ceiling. The room has a phone and two computer ports. All lights are on dimmers.
