The Briar Rose is located in downtown Boulder with very close proximity to the University of Colorado, Naropa University and the Pearl Street Mall. The B&B is run with kindness… to the environment… and to the guests that arrive from across the world. Fresh flower arrangements can be found everywhere, and the gardens are lovely Spring through Fall.

Great stay in Boulder!

4.4 on June 10, 2015

We were very pleased with our stay. The room was a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff were wonderful!

Innkeeper Response
So glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We are in the process of updating our rooms one by one blending the old Victorian elegance of the home with our eastern, zen style. Each room is unique and perhaps you'll get to try out another on your next visit!

Happy we stayed here!

4.2 on June 08, 2015

We have been visiting Boulder for 5 years (son is in school here) and this is the first time we were able to stay here. We were so happy. It was our first B&B experience and we loved it. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had afternoon tea outside in the gorgeous garden. We had a back door to our room (Teakettle) that opened out to the back parking area and a table for 4. We were surprised to find that smoking was allowed in the garden and they had refrig. space for our wine. Breakfast was more than expected. All meals were vegetarian. We were well within walking distance to the Boulder Creek Path which we enjoyed. They have a large tea selection. We will definitely stay again!

Innkeeper Response

The location of the B&B is great, walking distance from Pearl Street and other attractions in Boulder. The breakfast is outstanding, with freshly prepared food, fresh fruit and a smile from the staff. A warm recommendation!

Amazing Place to Stay in Boulder!!!

4.4 on June 05, 2015

A friend recommended the Briar Rose BNB and it really exceeded our expectations! We arrived to the smell of fresh baked cookies that kept voming throughout the weekend. The breads and tea choices were amazing too! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed the time we spent with each ot them. Possibly the best part though was the beautiful gardens. A real gem in the middle of the city. I would highly recommend the Briar Rose!

Innkeeper Response
Thanks so much for the kind words! We absolutely adore that you were recommended by a friend, we do so hope you will visit again in the future!

Charming B&B

4.6 on May 24, 2015

My husband and I stayed for one night as part of our honeymoon getaway. The staff was very pleasant, and we very much enjoyed the cookies/treats and tea during the day. Breakfast was served to us in our room and was great. We enjoyed a fruit bowl, eggs with biscuits and mushroom gravy, and tea/coffee. We really appreciate the fact that this B&B offers vegetarian options, and even provides bath products that are certified by Leaping Bunny. One minor complaint would be that at times it can be a bit noisy, which is probably due to the fact that it is located off a busy road. Other than that, we would definitely recommend a stay here!
