Directions to property:
From Durango, it is easiest to take Florida Road by turning off Main Avenue on 15th Street. Travel on Florida Road (also CR 240)approximately 14 miles. Take a right to travel towards Vallecito Reservoir on CR 501. Stay on CR 501 (do not cross the dam). You will pass Pura Vida Cafe, Bear Paw Lodge and Virginia's Steakhouse. Continue on around the north end of the lake. Once on the east side of the lake, the road will turn to gravel. The ranch is another 4 1/2 miles - continue past Elk Point Lodge (stay to your left). You will cross 2 cattle guards before you reach our driveway.
Directions from airport:
From Durango-La Plata County Airport exit the airport on Airport Blvd. to Hwy 172 North to Hwy 160 and travel east to CR 501. Take a left at CR 501. Follow CR 501 towards Vallecito Reservoir and be sure to stay on CR 501 and not go over the dam. Continue around the north end of the lake. Once on the east side of the lake, the road will turn to gravel. The ranch is another 4 1/2 miles - continue past Elk Point Lodge (stay to your left). You will cross 2 cattle guards before you reach our driveway.
