The most AMAZING and romantic cabin!!!

    May 08, 2013

My husband and I stayed at Bailey View Cabin from a Thursday through Monday in May and absolutely LOVED it. It was the most beautiful cabin in the most beautiful setting. We wanted to do many things around the area, but really struggled to just leave the cabin because we loved being there so much. It has a full kitchen so we bought some groceries in order to save on our dining. However, the owner brought us fresh fruit, bagels, turnovers, and snacks every day. He was truly attentive to all of our needs. We loved having coffee out in the patio enjoying the beautiful view. We also hiked up Mount Bailey close by and visited Lake Wellington. The drive to Breckenridge was beautiful and not too far so we made it a day trip. I STRONGLY recommend this cabin if you're looking for a romantic getaway where you can connect with each other and with nature. You get plenty of privacy, amenities, and will love your surroundings. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect... And we will be back!! :)

    March 29, 2013

I recently booked a weekend stay at Cabin View to celebrate our first wedding anniversary 3/22-3/24/13. Tom was very polite, had a great sense of humor, and did his best to make us feel right at home. Upon arrival, (which was late on a snowy night) we checked in and were pleasantly surprised at how well appointed the cabin was. Light and bright throughout, with plenty of windows and gorgeous views! (Bring a camera!) You have privacy and just about every comfort you would have at home. Tom was also considerate enough to get up early and make tracks for us in the snow to get our car back down the road! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in the mountains where you receive A class service at a decent price, I would suggest booking a stay here with Tom. We will definitely be back!! :) Mr and Mrs Reeves

    Peaceful and Amazing!

    January 14, 2013

My husband and I traveled to Bailey to celebrate our anniversary and do a little house hunting and stayed at the Bailey View Cabin. This was the perfect retreat from our daily lives. The cabin was quiet, beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Tom was super accommodating and helpful. We arrived every evening back at the cabin to find food and drinks in the refrigerator and the hot chocolate and coffee stocked full! Not to mention a basket of snacks replenished daily (fruits, cookies, chocolates). Our stay at this cabin well exceeded our expectations and we will highly recommend it to everyone we know if they are headed to the Denver area. Thank you Tom for being so welcoming-- you truly have a hidden gem!

Bailey View Cabin- Fantastic Place to Stay!!!

    January 05, 2013

My wife and 7 year old daughter choose this cabin to stay in while on vacation in Colorado. It was more than we expected! It is very clean; contains modern appliances; is comfy and cozy warm even in below zero temps. The cost is almost next to nothing to stay in this cabin. It is located within driving distance of Breckenridge/Keystone (both of which we went to every day). If you stay visit the Cutthroat Cafe right around the corner. They have a home cooked breakfast that is fantastic. The Bailey Cabin is really an awesome place to stay and the owner is very nice and accommodating to any needs. There are fresh muffins and pastries every day; plenty of coffee and cocoa, satellite television and much more. We really enjoyed staying here and plan on staying again possibly during the summer time. We highly recommend Bailey View Cabin to anyone that wants to visit the Colorado mountains but not pay the high prices of the so called "ski resorts".

    Perfect getaway :)

    November 14, 2012

The time my girlfriend and I had at the cabin was much more spectacular than I had imagined. I surprised her with our wonderful and easy trip from Denver to the Bailey Cabin with the objective just to get away from our busy lives. We ended up having one of the most romantic, relaxing, and peaceful experiences in our relationship. The cabin was extremely well laid out and outfitted it will give any couple or individual the time, space, and peace of mind needed to get away from the hustle bustle of life and regain themselves in the cute lovely location of Bailey nestled in our gorgeous Rocky Mountain range. My girlfriend and I especially enjoyed the fireplace in the living room, waking up to the serene morning light thru our personal backyard of evergreens, the wrap around porch, great hiking areas, and the relaxation of having everything taken care of such as breakfast, laundry and kitchenet at a convenient location, giving us the ideal magical easy lovely vacation getaway :) :)

    Couldn't ask for more

    August 29, 2012

Tom is an excellent host, and the Cabin was exactly what we were looking for. The perfect setting for a getaway in the mountains. We were treated to a doe & fawn who were feeding within a few steps of the cabin. Very comfortable, and very clean.
