Fantastic views of the Andes, Mapocho River, Cerro Pochoco Observatory and the entire Valley of Santiago. Up nearly 1500 feet of elevation near San Enrique Square in Lo Barnechea and Las Condes. Across from Cerro Pochoco Observatory. 1.5 miles to the mall La Portada de la Dehesa, and the Expressway Costanera Norte. Walking distance to Santiago´s best shopping, restaurants, antique stores, cultural centers, etc. 20 minutes away to the Santiago International Airport and Downtown Santiago. On the road and 20 minutes to the world famous ski runs of Valle Nevado and Farellones. 1 hour and 15 minutes to beautiful World Heritage Port of Valparaiso. By far the best location of Santiago and most important, “above the smog”.
