Stay 440, in the beautiful city of Puerto Varas, is a new Bed & Breakfast Boutique. It is located in a large house German 1930s designed where guests can experience through the heritage rescue the warmth of the German construction and also the experience of living in a House on the magallánicas stays. It has seven rooms, four of them double and three twin. Each has central heating and private bathroom. In addition, each one of them combines the warm colours of the 1930s and native materials in PATAGONIA. Stay 440, is located just four blocks from the center of Puerto Varas, close to major conventions of the city centres and only three blocks from the large Llanquihue Lake. It has Wifi, bilingual reception staff and private parking.

Our family much loves activities outdoors, camping, fishing (especially fly fishing) and all kinds of activities involving contact with the nature. enjoyed much of our meetings with friends and family especially around a barbecue or roast.
