Welcome to Peppers Over the Lake! This new bed and breakfast gives comfort and convenience to your stay in the Snowy Mountains. Located in a quiet residential area of town, overlooking Jindabyne Lake, and less than 5 minutes walk to bars, shops, restaurants, visitors centre and lake. Your hosts have lived in the area for more than 25 years and have been involved in the ski and hospitality industry, so have intimate knowledge that can assist you in your holiday needs.

At Guy's Cross Farm you will find a charming self-contained luxury cottage located in quiet rural surroundings just 20 minutes from the attractions of Canberra and 10 minutes from Queanbeyan. Pets welcome by arrangement. Guy's Cross Cottage accommodates two people in large king single beds with room for two additional guests, all the linen is provided. Amenities include; full sized tennis court, BBQ, fully appointed kitchen, bathroom and undercover parking. All the normal facilities such as TV, video, DVD, iron, hair dryer, etc are also provided. Guests are welcome to take a farm walk through our olive groves, enjoy the panoramic views and visit our beef cattle and farm nature reserves. Kangaroos will usually be encountered on an evening stroll. For the energetic, a game of tennis may appeal. We can provide racquets and balls. Guests are also welcome to any fresh fruit or vegetables from our gardens and orchard whenever they are in season. Guys cross is an ideal base for those wishing to range further afield in the district and from extensive experience we can provide ideas and advice on country drives, bushwalking and bird watching.

Our property is 20 minutes from Canberra , the capital of Australia set on 25 acres of bush and farm land. We grow a lot of fruit and have horse yards, a large lake with rowing boats for use. Our 4 en suite lake side rooms are seperate from the house and have a private outlook over the lake. Lots of birdlife and extensive gardens.
