Our cheerful and romantic Garden Room offers a window to view the garden, and lovely seating area, high beamed ceiling and private bath with a shower. You will enjoy the large private brick patio all your own for summer nights of sipping wine or relaxing after a nice hot tub. This room is located on the first floor and great for those not wanting to haul luggage to the 2nd floor.

Cancellations: There is a two week cancellation policy. We regret that for cancellations that occur after the two week deadline we will charge you for each room night that we are unable to rebook. This policy applies to late arrivals and early departures. A cancellation charge of $ 25.00 will be charged for all cancellation prior to the 2 week deadline and a charge of $ 50.00 per night for all re-booked room nights.

One of our Guests favorites is our Oatmeal Brulee. This is a hot dish consisting of a layer of oatmeal, a creme brulee topping and strawberries mixed with sugar and champagne. Along with the oatmeal the meal includes lemon blueberry scones, fruit salad and chicken apple sausage. We will gladly provide the recipe to you.

Our stay at Oleander House was wonderful. We found the pace, the rooms, and the hospitality to add relaxation and peace to our stay in the Napa Valley. Kathleen is a great hostess, and very happy to help you navigate the area with ease. We are frequent visitors to this area, and highly recommend Oleander House.

My girl friend and I had a great time at Oleander House - Kathleen was a wonderful host, the location was excellent, the breakfasts were very tasty, and the room was great. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

This was our second visit to Oleander House and it was superb! I recommend it to anyone going to wine country. The location is perfect. It would be worth a visit just for breakfast!

The bed was divine. The food looked amazing. The host was very gracious. Sadly I was there on business and only slept there. We raced out early in the morning and returned late at night. Nice little extras like fabulous robes and great sheets and comforters. I would love to return on vacation and stay at Oleander House again. PS - if you love dogs the host will introduce you to the lovely Maxie.
