    Two clean, cozy and comfortable rooms available in Bungalow style home in Venice Beach, CA. Continental Breakfast served daily in dining area or on the patio. Only 5 walking blocks to the world famous Venice Beach (muscle beach) Boardwalk. Only 1 block to the Harbor in Marina del Rey.Sailboat and Kayaks are available for rent. or charted sails. Stroll through the beautiful Venice canals Plenty of shops, coffee places, outdoor casual,fine dining restaurants and a library minutes away. Fitness center and Martha's beach nearby. Each room is clean and comfortably decorated with a queen size bed and a desk for a computer. Plenty of closet space if needed. A quiet and lovely garden in backyard with fountain,table and chairs for eating and the use of a gas barbecue grill A bike and tennis racquet are available for rental as well as highspeed internet connection. A fax and copier are available for use also.
