A delightfully warm and charming three-story country home, the Inn was designed and built by your hosts, Michael and Stephanie McCaffrey. The home is located high in the California Gold Country, noted for a traditional four-season climate and breathtaking Sierra beauty; all good reasons why the McCaffreys were first lured here some 30 years ago.

The McCaffrey House B&B Inn is located 11 miles east of Sonora and one-half mile above the East Twain Harte exit on Highway 108. Turn right off of the highway just beyond the 4,000 elevation marker sign. - Directions from airport:
We are approximately 2 - 2-1/2 hours from Oakland, San Francisco, Sacramento or San Jose Airports. There are some flights into Modesto and we are an hour from Modesto and also Fresno, and we are about two hours from Fresno. We also have a small airport for private planes at Columbia Airport which is about 20 minutes from us. You will find directions from all of the areas mentioned above on our website.

- Minimum stay required (2 nights minimum on weekends; 2-3 night minimum on holidays)

- Limited accommodations for guest pets ($25 charge per night for the pet)

- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (wine and soft drinks)
- Deposit amount required (50% of stay required at the time of booking)
- Check in time is 3:00 to 7:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
An eight day cancellation is required to received a full refund of deposit. There is a $10 processing fee per room/per night on all cancelled reservations. Rooms which are unable to be rebooked will be charged the full room rate if cancellation notice is not received within eight days of arrival. - Accepted by the following agencies:
