    All cancellations and refunds are subject to an accounting fee of $35. Cancellations made within 8 days of the reserved room date, will be charged for the first night. Except for the Holiday period of November 15 through January 15, reservations are refundable if 14 days prior to the reservation, written notice is provided to the Inn. During the Holiday period, 30 days written notice of cancellation is required for a full refund. Otherwise, a refund will be made only to the extent the room is rebooked.

Living Room. Relax in this quiet, comfortable room and enjoy the views of the San Gabriel Mountains while sipping a complimentary cup of tea or glass of wine before dinner.Oak Terrace is surrounded by oak tree branches giving an air of tranquility and privacy to the well-lit space.  It has two balconies that overlook the Arroyo and the San Gabriel Mountains.  This room has a queen bed and a sofa. This room has a shower and a bath tub.
Elegantly decorated, the Daybreak Terrace Room has a private balcony, facing toward the East for morning sun.  It has a luxurious four-poster bed with soothing colors and beautiful views of nature.  The expansive bathroom has a state-of-the-art air spa tub which feels like a full body massage.  Take a relaxing bubble bath while contemplating the quiet, green hillside.  This is a place where you can indulge yourself.Feel like you are in your own private tree house while you rest in a British Colonial furnished room. Nap in the Raffles’ style four-poster bed.  Enjoy a book in the overstuffed chair with ottoman.  Walk out onto the balcony for a better view of the sunset.  This room is a serene, spacious, and a quiet retreat in the midst of our oak woods.
The Sunrise Room has an Eastern view, which extends as far as Mt. Baldy on a clear day.  It has a sleek, modern feel, with calming colors and oak tree tops surrounding the windows.  At night, the view reveals Pasadena in lights. In the mornings, you can watch the sunrise.   It has a separate bath with both a shower and a bathtub.Tree House bathroom.
This room provides a glorious view of the San Gabriel Mountains and Valley, as it opens to the East.  See the sun come up over the mountains and enjoy the surrounding greenery.  The state-of-the-art air spa tub produces tiny bubbles all over your body.  Have a sublime bubble bath to start your respite and adjust your attitude.  The calming blues and browns of the room will soothe you, as you enjoy your tranquil surroundings.The Veranada Room has a wall of windows and French doors, which lead to a huge balcony that overlooks Pasadena and the San Gabriel Mountains. It is a lovely place to sit and watch the sunset, far above the rush of the city.  This room has a desk for business travelers and a perfect indoor or outdoor spot to see the city lights at night.  The veranda room has a marble-floored bathroom with shower and tub.
The Forest Room has an old-style chrome bed with feather bed and a wonderful French chaise sitting area.  It also has a brand new Jacuzzi tub as part of the oversized bathroom.  Relax in this wonderful blend of charming antiques with the benefits of modern luxuries.Veranda Bathroom
The Daybreak Terrace BathroomThe Monte Vista Room has the best views in the house.  You’ll have a 180 degree (plus) panorama to see the Arroyo, Pasadena, the San Gabriel Mountains, or the city lights at night.  This room has elegant Berhardt furniture with a king bed, a comfortable sitting area near the windows, and plenty of room to spread out.  The bathroom has a two-person, double-headed, glass-enclosed shower with bench.  Treat yourself to an incomparable view of the San Gabriel Valley.
