Weston House B&B
Located in Shingletown, in the far Northern California foothills of Mount Lassen, this peaceful, quiet getaway provides a breathtaking vista, awesome architecture, and generous hospitality. Nearby atractions include Lassen Volcanic National Park and the Wild Horse Sanctuary. Star gazers, anglers, honeymooners, equestrians, hikers, skiers and bikers enjoy our four-season climate for sports and touring.
Built by the grandson of the famous photographer Edward Weston, this architectural marvel welcomes up to 15 overnight guests with a variety of room arrangements, welcome snacks, and a hearty, healthy breakfast. Our child-friendly rooms feature natural light, private decks, woodstoves, wireless internet, wet bars and fantastic views.

Part of the fun in coming to Weston House is deciding which route to take.
Simplest route: From Interstate 5 in Redding, take Highway 44 East toward Lassen Park. At about 25 miles, you see a sign for 3000 ft. elevation, and the uphill lane widens to two lanes. Stay to the right and take Shingletown Ridge Road about one mile, then turn left on Red Rock Road, which is the driveway to Weston House.
From Reno take highway 395 to Susanville, then follow 89 (through Lassen Park)or highway 44 West (shorter) to Shingletown. One mile past Shingletown, turn left on Shingletown Ridge Road, go one mile and turn left on Red Rock Road. From Mount Shasta, you may take the scenic route of Highway 89 south to 44 West. From Red Bluff, the back road is Highway 36 to Manton Road to Wilson Hill Road, turn left on Highway 44 and proceed as above. - Nearest major airport: Redding, CA (RDD) 25 miles

Go north (right) on Airport road to Highway 44. Take 44 East toward Lassen Park. Go about 23 miles, turn right on Shingletown Ridge Road. Slowly drive one mile to Red Rock Road, our driveway.

Thick slices of multigrain sourdough, seasoned with vanilla and cinnamon. Served with fresh bananas, crushed toasted pecans, and real maple syrup (or, sometimes, the brown-sugar brandy sauce). It's hard to pass up!

- Deposit amount required (Advanced reservations by email or phone (01-530-474-3738) are secured by credit card or receipt of check. Group bookings require 50% at time of booking, 100% 2 weeks in advance. Walk-ins welcome, too.)
- Check in time is 4 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
