Outside under the giant redwoods, we have a hot tub for all guests to enjoy at any time. From San Francisco, take the Golden Gate Bridge north (Hwy 101) to Santa Rosa. Exit on Hwy 12 toward Sebastopol. Take the Fulton Road exit, and turn right onto Fulton Road. Turn left on Occidental Road. Go 4.5 miles to Gravenstein Highway (Hwy 116) and turn right (at the Texaco Station). Continue 1 mile to Graton Road, and turn left. Contiue 3.3 miles to our driveway. - Nearest major airport: Oakland, CA (OAK-Oakland Intl.) 65 miles

Exit airport on Hwy 880. Change to Hwy 580 in Oakland. Follow 580/80 across the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge. This will take you to Hwy 101 north. Take 101 to Santa Rosa, and switch to Hwy 12 toward Sebastopol.

If you cannot give us the required 14 days notice, we hold you responsible for the amount of the deposit, unless we can re-rent your room, in which case, you will only be responsible for the $25 fee.
