Brisas del Mar, Inn at the Beach

We literally booked the room the night before and I was nervous that what we saw online would be completely different in person, but I was pleasantly surprised. When we arrived Brisas del Mar, Inn at the Beach was very clean and located in a convenient location. If you wanted to walk to the beach/harbor you could, if you wanted to go to down-town you could or even if you wanted to hop on the freeway you could, it was all close. Each day I swam in the pool. It was very refreshing and they even have a outdoor shower. Their equipment room is small but I used the treadmill and it was great. I knew that they offered complimentary bikes to get around, unfortunately we didn’t have the time to use them but that’s a great deal! The breakfast exceeded my expectations for what I had thought was a continental breakfast - this was not - it was much better and fresh. In the afternoons they offer wine and cheese, sadly we were out making memories and only were at the hotel one of the four afternoons to enjoy in the goodies. They served brie, yum! Also, at night they offer cookies and milk it was delicious. My only complaint was the first night we left all the window open for fresh air and it was hard to sleep with the loud noises of the other patrons. Even though the bed was so clean and comfortable, it was hard to fall back asleep. Needless to say, I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for the memories!

We enjoyed the close proximity to the harbor. the cheese/crackers/wine and the cookies/milk in the evenings; the breakfast in the mornings was plentiful and very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you. The wireless internet is the greatest value to me while on business; we enjoyed the CA sunshine last week.
