We enjoyed our stay--it was a great place to stay while we visited the parks. The room was VERY nice and much roomier than expected, but the entryway smelled slightly like mildew. The winery location was sublime. The hosts were friendly and pleasant. There was some noise coming from the adjacent room which was slightly annoying but not terrible. The room was somewhat warm but a ceiling fan helped. The food was good but not great. I do recommend this B & B for one to two nights.

We held our wedding reception at Sequoia View Vineyard B&B. The owners, Debbie and Jim were instrumental, pleasant, and professional throughout the entire planning process. They were very flexible and immensely helpful in planning and during the set up. The layout is perfect for a smaller, intimate wedding. We fit close to 90 people comfortably. There is a great view of green, rolling hills and a picturesque vineyard from the patio off the tasting room where the reception took place. Our guests raved about the wine and setting. There were an abundance of backdrops around the B&B/winery for pictures of the wedding party. Debbie and Jim were available to us during the entire process; planning/set-up/reception/take-down/and recovery. They love what they do and it shows; a perfect host/hostess to us and our guests. Several of us stayed in the B&B the weekend of the wedding. The rooms were beautifully decorated, immaculate, and cozy. Debbie treated us to a completely homemade brunch the morning after and it was fabulous. We consider Debbie and Jim great friends and we visit the winery as often as possible as members of their wine club. Our wedding was perfect; thank you Debbie and Jim, for sharing your beautiful winery/B&B with us for our special day.

Eye appeal but noisy and uncomfortable.

This was a 1 night spur-of-the-moment decision. The idea of staying at a vineyard in the fruit-growing area of the San Joaquin Valley sounded very appealing. Owners Jim and Debbie were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was attractive and clean. However, the thermostat on the wall in the room was set for 78 degrees and covered with a LOCKED plastic box! 78 is warmer than we like for sleeping, and we could not adjust the temperature due to the locked thermostat. Since the daytime temp had dropped from 90 degrees plus to the 50's, we opened the windows. Now, we heard traffic from trucks and cars all night. This guest house is right on a major road and the traffic noise was continuous making it difficult to sleep. This is the first time that I have stayed in any room where the thermostat was locked to prevent guests from adjusting the temperature for their comfort.

    Simply Delightful!

I would go back tomorrow! Our room the Zinfandel Suite was enourmous and beautiful. The rose garden outside our door was enjoyed each evening as we relaxed on the porch after a day of hiking the majestic Kings Canyon and Sequoia Parks. Jim and Debbie served a wonderful breakfast and their wines are very enjoyable. This was our favorite stay last May as we visited the above parks and Yosemite. Pat and Darlene Riley Duck Key, FL

We stayed here on our wedding night before heading up to Tahoe. The room was great. Very clean and well taken care of. There was a wine party that night right down stairs so it was a bit noisy for us after a long wedding day. Overall was a great night. Breakfast was ok.
