We stayed in the Chocolat Room on October 16, 2011. We enjoyed our stay - the desk clerks were friendly and accommodating. The B&B is French Country and well designed. Being on a main street the traffic is a bit of a problem but closing the windows really blocks out the sound of traffic. The beds are comfortable, rooms very clean. The breakfast is great! Highly recommended.

My husband and I love Petit Soleil for the friendly atmosphere, delicious breakfasts ( we own 2 of their cookbooks), and great location, walking distance to downtown SLO. We also greatly enjoyed using their bicycles to tour around the town and over to the rail trail. We will be returning to this B&B in December, when we travel by train up the coast. Love it!

The room and the staff were fantastic. We enjoy road biking and the location of the Inn was perfect for our daily adventures. There is a bike shop right across the street and Petit Soleil has storage for bicycles on site. We spent quite a bit of time in Morro Bay and look forward to cycling there on our next visit. Breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed a relaxing glass of wine on the patio in the afternoon. Immaculate facility within walking distance to the nightlife and shopping. I would recommend this B&B.

Dianne and her generous staff will treat you as though they were waiting for your arrival. Our "chantecleer" room was decorated with style and comfort (and roosters) in mind. This attention to detail is the theme for the rest of the inn, such as a cobbled courtyard and tables in the patio with a corner lawnswing. Morning breakfast with a selection of pastries and hot, freshly cooked items and an evening wine and snack are a couple of the opportunies offered to meet your fellow travelers. Don't miss the Thursday evening Farmer's Market and ask Dianne to turn you on to her favorite wineries. I look forward to a return trip soon.

Stayed this past weekend at ths B&B and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff including the proprietors, were so welcoming and very nice. Can't say enough great things about them! We stayed in a queen room with a trundle and we even brought our dog with us with no extra charge. Room was spacious enough for us and had nice amenities. They give you a hot breakfast in the morning and wine and appetizers in the early evening which was excellent. Close enough to the downtown area and right off of Hwy 101. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the Central Coast.
