Welcome to our elegant boutique hotel , established in l906 & completely restored in 1998. Our lobby boasts marble floors, alabaster chandeliers, stained glass panels, statuary and an extensive collection of artwork. Each guest room offers a unique Victorian décor featuring Oversized comforters, silk drapes, hand painted walls, ½ canopy beds, period antiques and beautiful artwork. Rooms also include microwaves, mini refrigerators, iron and ironing boards, CD alarm clocks, hair dryers, cable television with pay per view movies,smoke alarms and keyless entry. Our award winning Il Cartoccio Italian restaurant boasts gourmet Italian meals and is located off our main lobby entrance. The Nob Hill hotel is ideally located on San Francisco’s most famous hill just steps away from Grace Cathedral, Masonic Hall, Cable Cars, Union Square Shopping, The theatre district and fine dining. FROM THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE:
Coming south on Highway 101 towards downtown San Francisco. Exit at Lombard Street. Follow Lombard Street staying in the two right hand lanes, turn right onto Van Ness Avenue. Continue on Van Ness Avenue, turn left onto Bush Street. Go three blocks and turn right onto Hyde Street.
The Nob Hill Hotel located on the right side of the street.
FROM THE OAKLAND BAY BRIDGE:
Cross the Bay Bridge (I-80). Take the Fremont Street exit. Turn Left onto Fremont Street. Fremont Street becomes Front Street. Turn Left onto Pine Street. Take Pine Street to Hyde. Turn Left onto Hyde Street. The Nob Hill Hotel is in the middle of the second block on the right side of the street. - Nearest major airport: San Francisco, CA (SFO) 12 miles

Head north on Highway 101 towards Downtown San Francisco. Stay in left hand lanes and exit at "9th Street/ Civic Center". After exiting, veer left onto 9th Street. Continue on 9th Street, staying in the two right hand lanes. 9th Street will turn into Larkin Street. Continue up Larkin Street, until you reach Bush Street. Turn right on Bush Street, go one block, turn right onto Hyde Street. The Nob Hill Hotel is in the middle of the first block on the right hand side of the street.
