Altho mine was the cheapest room available it was luxurious, fantastic! The owners could not have been more helpful, gardens wonderful to sit in in the evening with a sherry, breakfast wonderful and went on forever! I will be back

Welcome to one of our charming "Double" parlors. Guests relax here enjoying the authentic Victorian ambiance and decor. We offer complementary fruit and beverages at all hours. There are also many beautiful books about San Francisco and California history and architecture.Our lovely English Garden is a marvelously quiet, relaxing space. A large variety of exotic plants keep the garden lush and green all year round.
The English Garden features a charming Gazebo with a Redwood Hot Tub. Surely one of our favorite features!!! And, Jasmine vines grow in the latticework making the experience especially fragrant and unforgettable.We do a sumptuous buffet breakfast each morning from 7:00 to 11:00 AM ... (it always bothers me when B&B's stop serving breakfast at 9:00 AM!!!) Fruit, Cheeses, Cold Cuts, Hard Boiled Brown Eggs, Breads & Muffins, Hot and Cold Cereals, Quiche, Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice, Coffees, Teas ... enjoy!!!
This is a sample of our "Cozy" rooms ... four have Private Baths, and two have Share Baths. These rooms have Double (Full) Featherbeds. "Cozy" is a euphemism for "Tiny' ... so think European "Tiny" sized rooms ... very charming, though!!!This is one of our "Spacious" rooms ... each has a Queen sized Featherbed and a Private Bath. These are some of our most elegant rooms, with nice sitting areas. Two of the Spacious Rooms are "Intermediate" in size. Five of the Spacious Rooms are "Master Bedrooms", and two of them also have a "Daybed" (which consists of two twin beds ... one stored under the other).
We have six deluxe Rooms with "Jacuzzi" Type Spa Tubs ... and three in The Garden Cottage next door have fireplaces as well. They all have Queen FeatherBeds and Private Baths. We also have a large Apartment (sleeps 6) in the Garden Cottage ... Queen Bed in Bedroom, Kitchen, Living Room with Queen Bed and two Twin Beds, and a Spa Tub in the Private Bath.
