Great service, the host was very informative on how to navigate the city and always willing to offer a hand. The stay greatly allowed us to enjoy our stay, especially it was located right on the Powell cable car stop!

Nice inn in a good, central location. Easy to walk to Chinatown, financial district and main ferry terminal, Italian neighborhood. Very friendly staff who gave good suggestions on restaurants, sites to see, etc. Rooms are nicely appointed. Convenient off-street parking across the street in a parking garage. The only drawback is the front room with (older, thinner) windows facing the street -- street noise late at night was noticeable and woke me up. The cat was friendly and popular with all the guests.

I loved staying here! It has a very convenient location (close to the BART and to Walgreens for forgotten travel needs). It is also very close to the buses. The food (breakfast) was delicious and the service is very very top-notch. The front desk people were so friendly and welcoming, they made my day! I also loved meeting the animals, to include Pip and Patsy. They are sweethearts:) Couldn't have been happier with my stay.

The croissant breakfast exceeded my expectations and the staff were caring and friendly. I would certainly consider staying there on a subsequent tripl
