    There is one guest room located on the lower level of a cottage hidden behind another building in San Francisco's Russian Hill District. The front entrance takes you under the front building to a beautiful garden. The entrance to the room is through the garden and down a few steps. There is a separate entrance to the room furnished in American antiques. It has a sitting area, queen sized bed,a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, TV, phone, bath and private deck.

    We stayed here for 3 nights and loved the chance to experience what it might be like to live in the City. We skipped renting a car and took transit everywhere from the cable car, just half a block away to the street cars, to cabs, etc...it was great. Annie's Cottage is spacious, private, quiet and just terrific all around. Dining in the neighborhood is easy and the food was great! Can't wait to go back next year and do it again!

    We had the pleasure of spending 4 delightful days at Annie's Cottage. She went out of her way to make us comfortable and our accommodations were the best we have ever had in SF. It is wondefully situated within easy walking distance of everything we needed. The comfort of staying in a place that feels more like your own in-town apartment than a hotel is unsurpassed.

    We spent 2 weeks and a half in this charming B&B, taking our time to visit the wonderful city of San Francisco : it felt like our "home away from home" there ; it's perfectly situated, very quiet, and beautiful..... And Annie is a very welcoming hostess.... The thing is - and it's very important to me : the description on the website is perfectly true.....

    Stayed for four nights and it could not have been more comfortable and convenient. Great location. Very quiet and comfortable.
