Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. The cancellation policy requires notice (10) days in advance of your reservation. Cancellations must be made via phone with a Casa Tropicana employee. The cancellation fee is $25. At the time of reservation, the total for a one-night stay including tax is secured as an advance payment. Cancellation policy for all holidays and stays exceeding 5 days in lenght is 30 days. - Accepted by the following agencies:
