The San Anselmo Inn is located in the historic shopping district of San Anselmo, in the heart of Marin County. Our European- style inn provides privacy and comfort along with warm hospitality. The inn has 15 tastefully decorated guestrooms, each with its own special character. All rooms have king, queen, or full sized beds, telephones and cable TV. A generous continental breakfast is served daily between 7:30 and 10:00 A.M. in our French country style breakfast room. Start your day off right with freshly brewed coffee, tea, orange juice, delectable pastries,bagels,waffles,quiche, granola, fresh fruit, and yogurt. San Francisco is just 20 minutes away, and the Napa/Sonoma wine country, Point Reyes National Seashore, and many other attractions are within a short drive.

Just stayed one night. Found the room to be cozy & quiet. We had a shared bathroom but honestly did not even see the party sharing it with us. Thos ehost was super friendly and the food in the morning was dynamite!!!! Great location in downtown San Anselmo. Close to food and the like. Highly recommend this place!

Went to San Francisco for a family visit. San Anselmo was the ideal location to stay, outside the city, but close enough to many places not to waste time. Quaint little place with homey feeling. Very old building. Much better place to stay than a hotel or motel! The breakfasts were amazing! We will definitely be going again!

Went to San Francisco for a family visit. San Anselmo was the ideal location to stay, outside the city, but close enough to many places not to waste time. Quaint little place with homey feeling. I must say that this was a very good location, right in the middle of things AND still very quiet at night! The breakfast room was a delight and the food nice and fresh. I will send other travelers there.

My family of four stayed in this warm and welcoming spot. The hosts were gracious and flexible. There was so much to do we stayed in this clean and tidy room for resting and sleeping. We look forward to our next visit.
