    BY THE BEACH is a cozy, four bedroom, four bathroom home located in a quiet, residential neighborhood four short blocks from lovely Redondo Beach. We offer four rooms and serve a CONTINENTAL PLUS BREAKFAST. Located downstairs, THE YELLOW ROOM ($120) has a queen bed with a private bath, its own entrance and a kitchenette. It opens onto the garden and tiled patio. It is perfect for short and long term (discounts) visitors alike. Located upstairs, THE BLUE ROOM($105) has a queen bed, a sitting area, small refrig. and private bath down the hall. Next to the Blue Room is THE MOCHA ROOM ($90) which has a queen bed and the bathroom across the hall. (perfect for families or friends traveling together). Also upstairs is THE MASTER ($145) with a king bed and large private bath and shower with jacuzzi tub. All rooms have cable TV and Wi-Fi. We can send pictures via email at your request. We will also accept requests from groups up to ten to rent the entire house ($475 p/nt or $2850 p/wk). WINTER SPECIAL: Take 15% off all rates for the months of January - March.

    Lovely home and rooms. We felt very comfortable in all areas, indoors and out. Fabulous location and neighborhood. Perfect for walkers.

    Family of 10 from Norway spent 7 nights at By the Beach, we were very pleased with the house and location. Walking distance to the shops, the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

    My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The Master room. Susan and Richard are gracious hosts and made us feel most welcome. We will definitely be back and have already told numerous friends about By the Beach.

    I recently spent 5 nights in the yellow room. Richard and Sue were excellent hosts. The breakfast was amazing and they were able to accommodate my gluten-free dietary needs. The house was comfortable, very clean and so welcoming! My husband and I were able to enjoy the warm weather on the patio every morning. It was a delightful place to have coffee, breakfast and just relax! We will definitely be back!

    We loved every minute of our stay with Richard and Susan -- very hospitable and helpful with the local attractions. The room was very clean and cozy , a real getaway. Breakfast (especially the apple pancakes) was wonderful!
