Tranquility, wine, horses, dogs and delights for the foodie wrapped up in down home hospitality on 11 acres describes life on the “Pharm”. The closest B&B to both the Apple Hill and Fair Play/Shennandoah wine regions and yet only minutes from a wide range of dining experiences. From Placerville art/antiquing, Apple Hill adventures, wine tasting and white water rafting or the use our historic 1883 farmhouse as home base while exploring Tahoe or the gold country adds up to many adventures. Rooms have views of the mountains, forests, rose gardens and our World Champion quality miniature horses that are raised here on the "Pharm". Relax on one of the inn's porches, where the country quiet is melded with the sounds of birds, horse whinnies and the occasional braying of our resident donkeys. Full homemade gourmet breakfast plus complimentary beverages and snacks included.     Departing the Sacramento Airport towards Sacramento on I-5 (South), you will drive through Old Town Sacramento. Take the CA-99/FRESNO exit and stay in the left-lane of that exit in order to circle about onto Highway 50/I80-Business Route (East). Staying with Highway 50 East through Placerville. Exit #49/Point View Drive (third exit after all the stoplights along 50 in town). Turn right and immediately left onto Broadway/Newtown road. We are 1.5 miles down on the right hand side.

    • Check in time is 3 - 7 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
    • Cancellations:
      If notice is given seven (7) days prior to the day of arrival or we can rebook your room, then you will get a full refund minus $25.00 processing fee from the deposit. If you cancel less than (7) days and we can not rebook your room, the full deposit is forfeited and nonrefundable.
