Located on the California Coast between Santa Cruz and San Francisco, our bed and breakfast offers a peaceful escape in a quiet country setting. Relax in front of the large stone fireplace in our century old farmhouse or by the side of Pescadero creek, which separates the Inn from the many shops in town. In town enjoy dinner at Historic Duarte's Tavern or one of the other two restaurants in town. Harley Farms offers tours and cheese making. Nearby beaches and redwoods are a short ride away on bikes supplied by the Inn. Horseback riding, Pigeon Point Lighthouse and elephant seals at Ano Nuevo State Beach are within minutes while golfing, whale watching and fishing may be found in neighboring Half Moon Bay. Decorated with period antiques, each room has a queen feather-bed and a private bath with clawfoot tubs. A full organic breakfast is served by the fireplace and in the evening join us for Pescadero Creek Inn wine wine we make ourselves, and award winning goat cheese from nearby Harley Farms.

We had a lovely three night stay. When we arrived, we received a free upgrade to a larger room, and it turned out to be better than the one we chose, much more spacious. The beds, pillows and bedding made us sleep like babies. Every morning, Ken, the Innkeeper, greeted us with a delicious interesing breakfast that he prepared himself. The presentation was beautiful, and the joy he had preparing it made it all the more special. We had access to everything in and around the Inn except their private residence. It was a very comfortable welcome setting, and the most relaxed I've ever been when staying away from home. I hope to return there again someday. A perfect location between Half Moon Bay and Santa Cruz, a quick drive from the hustle and bustle. The conversation and getting to know him was fun too.

We had a wonderful stay but it was very awkward for both owner and guest when the giftcard would not go through. I waited until Wed. to call. I got through right away and Michael assured me it would all be worked out with the owner.

We were the only ones staying the night we arrived so Ken said we could pick any room we wanted and he would only charge us for the room we reserved (so we got an upgrade). The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We had a great time.
