- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (On site wines/ champagne available for purchase.)
- Deposit amount required (Credit card will be charged advanced payment: one night for one & two night stays and half for three or more night stays.)
- Check in time is 3 pm - 7pm and Check out time is 11 am

If you give us seven days notice of cancellation or thirty for holidays and special events, we will refund your advanced payment less $10.00 per day administation fee. If you cancel with less than seven days notice you will be charged for those nights if we can not re-rent. Yvonne enjoys cooking, gardening and shopping. Buddy enjoys fishing and motorcycle riding. They have an adorable very sweet Yorkie; Violet. Together they enjoy riding on their boat with friends, family and guests. Buddy and Yvonne's son Travis lives nearby with his wife and children. Younger son Nicholas is a chef who trained internationally. Yvonne also owns and operates a retail store in Upper Lake called Gingerbread Barn. Guests will receive %10 off their purchases while visiting. - The innkeepers speak: English
