This location sits on the sand. The rooms are serene. The staff is kind and curteous from checkin to check out. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunsets.

I liked the location of the hotel and staff was very helpful and friendly, but was a little taken back by the fact that there was not even a window in my room and the walls were very thin- as soon as housekeeping started cleaning other rooms, it was so loud there was no way to sleep in.

The bathroom was one of the smallest bathrooms I have ever seen. It was not very comfortable getting in and out of the shower with the sink and toilet 1 step away.

When I got to the hotel room and walked in, it was stiffling hot in the room. When I called the front desk to ask how to turn the air conditioning on, the clerk told me, "Oh, the air conditioning is out. We've been calling all day to have it serviced. Someone is supposed to call back withint the hour." I asked her if she could move us, she said the hotel was full. I asked if she could let us know if the air would be fixed, she said yes. She never did call to let us know. Keep in mind, I booked this room because there was a jucuzzi tub and fireplace. We were unable to use either. No one bothered to call me ahead of time (before I got to the hotel) to tell me that the central air was out - to give me the option to find another hotel room while it was still early. While the front desk brought fans to us, the room never dipped below 85 degrees. The sun had been beating on the room all day with no air conditioning. Everytime I called the front desk, because she never called to update me, she assured me someone would be coming. Needles to say, by the time I realized that no one was coming to fix the central air, the hotels around us had no vacancy. We ended up just staying. It was uncomfortable, hot and we absolutely got no sleep. The next day upon check out, I was informed that they were going to discount the rate...to $200!?!?!? I was expecting much more since the room was prett much uninhabitable. Te amenities for which I booked the room where unusable. To top it off, the gentleman at the desk mentioned that they had ben having problems with the air for, "...at least 6 months." I was infuriated!! I won't be returning.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was kind and responsive. The only problem is that the hotel is next to a bar that played HORRIBLE LOUD music until 2AM. There was no way to escape the noise, closing the windows only stopped us from enjoying the ocean sounds. Even ear plugs did not work. We tried calling the front desk one night but no one answered. I would not recommend this to anyone unless you want to stay up and party until the bar closes.
