Fantastic. Stayed three nights in Fowler Cottage. It was like having our own cottage in the center of the town of Napa. Karen and her staff were wonderful. She made dinner wine tasteing and balloon ride reservations for us. Allof which were just great. Breakfast was diffrerent each day and deliciopus each time. Can't wait to return.

My husband and I love staying at Bed & Breakfast/Boutique Inns because of the warmth, graciousness and personal attention usually found. The Inn on Randolph offers all of the above. The Inn is very accommodating, comfortable and inviting. Karen, the owner, is a pleasure to meet and Chef Paul - well let's just say - love seeing what he's bringing to the table each morning. It was a great place to stay.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to celebrate our 25th anniversary with three nights at the Inn on Randolph. What a perfect place to spend part of our celebratory trip. The accommodations were lovely and oh so comfortable, the gourmet breakfasts were delicious and beautiful, the staff helpful and fun! Melissa was so sweet to prepare wine and cheese for us without even being asked. Karen was an amazing host – she knows the area so well and has wonderful suggestions on where to eat and what to see. The location is great, close enough to walk to downtown Napa for dinner. There was also a nice little park nearby where we were able to run each day. We can’t wait to return to Napa and stay again at the Inn on Randolph

We just returned home from our very first trip to Napa and we cannot wait to go back. We spent four nights at the Inn on Randolph and they were the best nights of our entire trip. Karen, Dan and their staff made us feel like we were at home from the moment we arrived. Carleigh greeted us and offered us wine and a snack while we took our tour of the property, then she made a suggestion for dinner at the Oxbow Market. Our first morning we got to taste the most amazing homemade granola and Chef Paul's wonderful breakfast. We looked forward to the granola and delicious breakfasts every morning. At breakfast every day Karen would ask how our previous day had been and make suggestions on wineries and restaurants; she even made the reservations and appointments for us. We stayed in the Fowler Cottage which is beautiful, The gardens and common areas are so nice, we enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine out in the gardens. We will definitely will be returning to Napa and staying at the Inn on Randolph and highly recommend it to anyone that is visiting wine country.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Randolph w/a few minor exceptions: The greatness is: Carlisle, the Innkeeper is the sweetest, so helpful and informative. What a gem you have in her! She probably deserves a raise! Karen, the owner, was extremely helpful in planning our days. We definitely made the most of our time w/her advice. The bed sheets - need I say, amazeballs! We ordered a set and they are currently sitting in our hall closet waiting to be the first set of sheets on our bed at our new house we are building. We can't wait. Farmstead, farm to table eating, a must for lunch! Wish we had one in Cincy. Oxbow market - I don't even like Mexican food that much but we ate at C Casa Tacos more than once. Incredibly fresh tacos, loved, loved, loved them! We ate bone marrow more than once at lunch too, a fab app! Nightly cookies - a little flat for my liking but a yummy late night snack. Breakfast - although you are unable to chose what you eat, myself and my better half had a super breakfast every day! Not so great: Our room was right inside the main door to the Inn and OMG, loud! The room itself was wonderful and beautifully done but the lack of respect from others going to and fro along w/the kitchen and the stairs right out side of our room, eek. We would definitely chose a cottage if we stayed there again. Maybe posting some clever and well done signage outside that door or at the main door would be helpful. Internet - less than fast. Go to the Neiman room if you need to be efficient with work items. The room internet was very slow. Location - so, so, I think if we came back, we would stay in St Helena, we are busy bodies and very much a city couple and Napa would be considered a sleepy town if you ask us. All in all a wonderful trip and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay to Napa!

This was my first experience at a bed & breakfast, and I can honestly say that I do not think any place will ever be able to top the wonderful experience I had at the Inn on Randolph! The inn was adorable and situated on beautiful property in Napa, and from the moment I walked in, it certainly felt like a home away from home. The decor was modern and relaxed, with neutral tones. The rooms were very comfortable and looked like they were pulled right out of a beautiful home catalogue, and we all especially loved getting a good night's sleep on the Comphy bed sheets! It was a very inviting environment, and the owners Karen and Dan made the experience even more lovely given the extensive knowledge they have about Napa (and its surrounding vineyard areas) and places to eat and shop at, and especially their willingness to accommodate everyone's personal preferences. Additionally, let me rave about breakfast a little more...the breakfast lentils served with ham and a poached egg were unreal. Breakfast was prepared fresh by the inn's own in-house chef, and it was a delicious, healthy meal that was the perfect way to get our day started before taking off on a bus tour of 4 wineries! Also, the granola was quite possibly the best granola I've ever had in my life. Also, one more tip: try the chocolate chip cookies...they were way too good! Regarding location, the Inn on Randolph was incredibly convenient to the town of Napa (within walking distance), so lunches, dinners, shopping, and obviously wine tastings are very nearby and there is no need for a car to get into town. I have nothing but praise for this fantastic bed and breakfast in the heart of Napa, and I cannot wait to come back and enjoy another wonderful stay here again soon!

WE LOVED staying at Inn on Randolph. We can't wait to return. Everything about our stay was outstanding, luxurious and healthy! The property was absolutely beautiful, tranquil and pristine. We felt so well taken care of but still had our privacy. Owners Karen and Dan thought of every single detail in the most elegant, healthy, eco-friendly and zen-like ways. The beds are so comfortable, sheets divine, luxurious towels and robes, and they even use E&O healthy bath & body products. Inn on Randolph is both green (eco-friendly) and it's healthy. Our family is very sensitive and we don't travel well due to our environmental sensitivities, chemical sensitivities and food allergies. However, we slept great and we found everything at this Inn hypoallergenic, healthy and their air quality stellar! They even had hot and cold filtered water in the main house, filtered bottled water in every room, and they served absolutely delicious and healthy breakfast. Everything that is served is gluten-free – you would never know it. All the food is presented beautifully and delicious. I can go on an on about the level of thoughtfulness and generosity we experienced at Inn on Randolph (too much to write)... all I can say is, it's the best hotel experience we have ever had but the only way to experience this is to go visit. There is no coincidence why everyone LOVES Inn on Randolph, it's definitely worth the trip! If you ever wonder, what you may do here - there is a ton of fun things to do. The owners gave us great recommendations for places to eat, do, see, etc. They were spot on! I initially learned about this place as the well-known allergen free master baker and food stylist Jeff Larsen was teaching there – between his phenomenal class and staying at the Inn on Randolph, it was heaven on earth!

My husband and I stayed at the Inn for our 10th anniversary the first weekend in November. It was amazing and perfect! Karen is warm and welcoming and has thought of every single detail. The breakfast is outstanding! The rooms are so cozy and the entire inn and grounds are immaculate. We can hardly wait to go back. Walking to downtown Napa is such a treat too!
