The Beazley House is Napa's first and still finest B&B. Located in a circa 1902 landmark mansion surrounded by half an acre of lawns and secluded gardens in Old Town Napa, it is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Napa is surrounded by vineyards, where you can enjoy hot air ballooning, wineries, cycling, hot mud baths, spas, hiking, and breathtaking views. The Inn has 11 gorgeous rooms, all with private baths. Some of the rooms have fireplaces and 2 person whirlpool tubs. The Beazley House, opened in 1981, and is still owned and operated by Carol & Jim Beazley.

Carol and Jim Beazley are your hosts at the Beazley House. They are Napa's first innkeepers having opened their inn in June 1981. Enchanted Rose Room Enter this enormous room through your semi-private garden. Chill a bottle of champagne in the wet bar. Gaze into the fire as you relax in the bubbles of your in-room whirlpool tub for two. Moonbeams dance through skylights onto your grand king size bed. A private bathroom with shower completes this enchanting room.
Sun Room Relax on your private, garden view balcony. Windows all around assure you the sun rises and sets in this queen bedded room furnished in wicker. This hideaway is accessed through your private bath (original to the house) which has a large claw foot soaking tub and separate shower.Wedgewood Room This special room beckons you to linger with china plates hung on Wedgwood walls, and teacups perched on lily-white windowsills framing the perfect garden view. A Queen sized iron bed dressed with a patchwork quilt, cozy wing back chairs and elegant antiques complete this most English retreat. Private bathroom with shower.
Sherry RoomBlossom View Tucked away through the gardens your retreat has an in room whirlpool tub with fireplace view. The 110-year-old antique cherry wood bedroom set compliments this cheerful room. Queen bed and private cedar lined bathroom with tub and shower.

An unruly Apple tree was on one side with a scrub Oak and scrawny plum on the other. It was only a backyard. Now it is a lush garden. All rooms have garden views!
