Private 3000 Sq Foot Ranch House on our 40-acre working farm and equestrian event center. Located in the foothills of Ventura County. People are amazed at our island of paradise, located only 40 minutes from Los Angeles and 20 minutes to great pacific surfing spots of the "Rincon."
Our Ranch House is for someone who wants to get a way from the city, but close enough to visit. Don't be fooled by other ranch-type guest houses. Our privacy and real ranch environment is our gem. Feel free to come visit our family and ranch prior to rental.
The words, "room and space" are defined at the Meadows. Our dad designed it years ago for our family. It can be yours and 11 of your best friends in the four giant -private bedrooms.
The Ranch House represents "California Style" and has been used in the filming of many commercials and movies. The porch-laundrey room is bigger than most kitchens. People tell us that they like to visit the ranch house for an "off the map" retreat. The large 30X30 “Great Room” is the centerpiece of the house and you can get that cozy 1800's ranch feeling while sitting by the massive fireplace & watching the wildlife.
It seems that many people rent the house for wedding rehersal parties, family holidays and romantic get aways.
Our house sleeps 12 and is located at the end of a tree lined private driveway-entrance. Mom designed our restaurant size kitchen before it was vogue. There are 3 bathrooms, numerous nooks , and perfect reading areas, Satellite Television, DVD and phone.
Step out side and see our 100 year-old ranching implements and barns. We are a working ranch and do have activities occuring, tractoring, orchards and farm work in our adjoining canyons. Google "The meadows of moorpark" for detailed ranch activities and more photos

- Deposit amount required (One night stay for reservation deposit. Full Refund up to 45 days prior. Half refund 44 days to 72 hours. No refund 71 hours to check in time of 12:00 PM rental date. See our website for more info.)
