We invite you to sit in our beautiful gardens, relax and unwind from the stresses of your life, or spend time with family and friends. In the morning, we’ll serve you a delicious organic breakfast in your room, on the deck, or in the gardens. We have sample itineraries for daily activities and will be happy to share our thoughts on the best local wineries and eateries.

Very friendly hosts. Due to circumstances beyond our control (work and illness) we had to twice cancel our reservations. The hosts took this in stride and held our deposit on file until we were finally able to make it. This historic and beautiful inn was just what we were looking for in Mendocino; excellent breakfasts, comfortable and warm room, cozy bed, and shopping/eating within easy walking distance. If we ever get a chance to go back, this is where we'll stay.

I just spent two wonderful nights in "The Shed" at The Sea Gull Inn. What a great experience. The room is cute, clean, and cozy. There is a delicious breakfast brought to you each morning by the gracious innkeepers. There is also a television and wi-fi if necessary. I highly recommend spending a perfect night in "The Shed." My husband and I have stayed here 4 times now. Each time, Jim and Ayla are very helpful hosts. This stay Ayla recommended a film showing the town was putting on day after Valentine's Day, which we attended and enjoyed very much. The breakfasts are always lovely. This was our first stay in the Geranium Room, our usual rooms choice is/was Lookout 1 or 2, but the Geranium Room was larger and actually fit our needs better, will be our fist choice now. Would recommend this B&B as a lovely place to stay. You can park your car once and walk the entire town, as they are close to everything.
