Reservation Policy

  Check In: 3:00 to 6:00 PM    Check Out: 11:00 AM

• 

  Minimum Stay: Two nights on weekends and three on holiday weekends

• 

  Deposit Amount Required: A one nights’ room deposit including tax is due upon making the reservation and secures any 1–4 night reservation. A two nights’ deposit including tax is required for stays greater than 4 nights (5+). The remainder of the payment (room rate, plus tax) is due at check-out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, and personal checks with ID. Room rates posted are subject to availability and can change without prior notice.

  Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your reservation we must receive notice no later than 7 days prior to your date of arrival. If your reservation falls on a holiday we must receive notice 14 days prior to your date of arrival. Cancellations given prior to 7 or 14 days will have the deposit refunded minus a $30 administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 or 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit and may be liable for the entire amount of original reservation.
