FREE: reliable hi-speed Internet with WiFi and/or Ethernet connection both at 9mb/s download, central A/C (always kept cool!); SHARED: kitchen (w/ dishes, etc.(No Stove)) large microwave, fridge, and bathroom. Washer/Dryer on site. No Pets.

One hundred dollar refundable deposit required. Weekly stay (5%) discounts (if paid upfront). The Garaged Parking for $5.00 per day or park on the street.
