- Cancellations:
Advanced payments, less a $25 Processing Fee, are refundable if the reservation is cancelled or changed at least five (5) days prior to arrival. If the reservation is changed or cancelled within five (5) days of arrival, the advanced payment becomes non-refundable. In addition, guests remain responsible for the balance of the total reservation costs for the entire stay reserved.
