In the event that you are not able to be with us, please cancel promptly: deposit refunded less a $30 cancelation fee /room or 3% of total stay which ever is greater, 14 day notice for stay less than 4 room nights; 30 day notice for stay 5-8 room nights; 60 day notice for stay over 8 room nights. Less than appropriate notice, refund forfeited. Holidays,Events and their mimum day requirements are non refundable as are the months of June/July/Aug. No-shows or early check-outs are non-refundable. Accommodation Insurance is an available option. Call for direction and assistance to sign up for program. - Accepted by the following agencies:
