Julian Gold Rush Hotel

It has been almost one hundred years since the Julian Hotel opened its doors. We are trying to keep alive the same spirit of genteel hospitality that pervaded the Victorian era. We offer our guests quaint rooms authentically restored in the style of the period with antique furnishings. Our lobby is stocked with a wood burning stove, good books and many games to entertain our guests. We think a stay at the Julian Hotel is a unique experience and we invite you to share in our pleasure at keeping this tradition alive.

Our romantic Honeymoon House is our largest cottage. It has a sitting room with glass paned fireplace and dining area. The bedroom is an enchanted room with painted antique furnishings, embellished with a floral motiff. Lace and quilts add a quaint and romantic setting for the young at heart. Our patio cottage is set above our stone garden patio and is our most secluded room. The antique iron bed looks upon a glass fronted stove to create a warm and romantic moment in time.
Each room is decorated with lace and quilts and beautiful antique furnishings all in the romantic moment of the turn of the century. The beautifully restored Hotel is located on the main street, surrounded by historic buildings and majestic oaks, pines and cedars. Wonderfull restaurants, quaint shops and a renowned museum are all within walking distance. Enjoy the townsite and the peace and beauty, of a small mountain town as you eat the best apple pie you've ever had.
